Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse is responsible for performing a competent level of nursing care utilizing the critical thinking model known as the nursing process. This includes adhering to standards of practice such as assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

Requirements

Candidates must possess an ADN, with a BSN or higher preferred, and hold a current Virginia or compact multistate RN license in good standing. BLS certification is required within 90 days of hire, and both experienced RNs and new graduates are welcome to apply.
