Key Responsibilities

• will facilitate our outpatient therapy offering in Longmont and be an integral part of our virtual group therapy program servicing the state.

• will be responsible for screening and referring new patients to care as well as providing ongoing individual and group therapy.

Requirements

• Clinic and Telehealth Monday through Friday This position's pay range is: $69,900
