Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients within an inpatient environment. This role requires demonstrating competency in delivering care primarily to an adult patient population.

Requirements

Candidates must possess professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice sufficient for Registered Nurse licensure, requiring a current Wisconsin or Multi-state Nursing License from an NLC participating state. Non-BSN nurses with less than one year of experience must enroll in a BSN program within 15 months of hire.
