About the Role

Join Jericho Road Ministries Inc as a Psychiatrist in United States. PSYCHIATRIST Jericho Road Community Health Center is actively seeking a psychiatrist. This position is full-time, within the Medical Care Department, working across our Barton, Broadway, & Doat locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, including medical history, mental status examinations, and psychosocial assessments to diagnose mental health conditions

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, which may include pharmacotherapy, psychotherapy, and behavioral interventions

• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, including monitoring their effectiveness, potential side effects, and interactions with other medications

• Provide follow

Requirements

• certified in psychiatry with license to practice in New York State

• Experience providing psychiatric treatment to adult and pediatric patients

• Strong knowledge of evidence

• based psychiatric practices
