Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Join Hope Christian Health Center as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Las Vegas, Nevada.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with primary care providers to conduct warm handoffs for timely mental health interventions.

• Perform crisis interventions and create safety plans as needed.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, adhering to FQHC and state regulations.

Requirements

• Active LCSW license in Nevada - required.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience with a focus on psychotherapy - preferred.

• Experience working in an integrated care setting, preferably within a primary care environment – preferred.

• Familiarity with FQHC regulations and requirements – preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $70,000 - $90,000/year
