As a Adolescent SUD Counselor for Swope Health Services, you will be part of a team of caregivers to provide care for the people who need it most. As a Adolescent SUD Counselor, you are responsible for providing SUD services to adolescent clients ages 12-17 and their families.

Requirements

• Complete behavioral health assessments along with other members of the behavioral health assessment team.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on all evaluation and assessment recommendations and needs of the client.

• Perform individual, family and group therapy utilizing approved treatment approaches as sanctioned by Swope Health Behavioral Health Department in various service locations.

• Provide individual assistance to persons with accessing needed substance use and mental health services
