Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and verify electronic orders.
  • Dispense medications according to policies and procedures.
  • Prepare or check compounded medications (from topical products to intravenous medications)· Respond to medication information questions from LMH Health staff, the community and our patients.

Requirements

  • to maintain state licensure.
  • Participate in educational opportunities throughout the health-system and community.
  • Support LMH Health’s purpose and commitment statements.
  • Precept pharmacy students on experiential rotations and residents completing a PGY1 residency.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Signing bonus: $5,000.

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time position.
  • Weekend coverage may be required.
