Key Responsibilities

Analyze and verify electronic orders.

Dispense medications according to policies and procedures.

Prepare or check compounded medications (from topical products to intravenous medications)· Respond to medication information questions from LMH Health staff, the community and our patients.

Requirements

to maintain state licensure.

Participate in educational opportunities throughout the health-system and community.

Support LMH Health’s purpose and commitment statements.

Precept pharmacy students on experiential rotations and residents completing a PGY1 residency.

Benefits & Compensation

Signing bonus: $5,000.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.
