Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for completing initial and ongoing clinical assessments, planning, delivering, and delegating high-quality nursing care, and maintaining accurate documentation. This role also involves reviewing care plans and supporting and guiding the care team to enhance resident wellbeing and dignity.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a current NZ Registered Nurse practising certificate and demonstrate genuine compassion for caring for older people. Essential requirements include excellent clinical assessment and communication skills, confidence in leading staff, and a collaborative spirit.
