Requirements

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 21 years of age.

Must have High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of experience directing a teen program focused on the development of teen leadership skills.

CPR and First Aid required within 30 days of employment Foster positive staff, parent and child relations Ability to supervise a group of children in a safe and friendly manner.

Ability to multi-task, take proactive actions, improvise and react quickly.
