Remote Pharmacist

Join GABA Telepsychiatry as a Remote Pharmacist in Remote - Nationwide. This is a remote position. As a Remote Pharmacist Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive medication management plans, coordinating patient care services, and ensuring that individuals receive optimal therapeutic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an empathetic resource for patients, providing clinical reassurance, emotional support, and encouragement regarding their medication journeys and health goals.

• Maintain precise and accurate records of patient pharmaceutical care, medication therapy reviews, and provider schedules.

• Guide patients through the telepsychiatry process, assisting them with platform technologies and addressing concerns about remote clinical consultations.

• Collaborate directly with patients to identify unique therapeutic needs and develop personalized medication care plans that align with their specific goals and preferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Psychology, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a closely related clinical field.

• 5+ years of experience in a patient coordinator, clinical pharmacist, or clinical associate role, preferably within a remote healthcare environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English-C1) to effectively relay clinical updates to patients and medical staff.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for the thorough documentation of clinical interactions.
