About the Role
Join GABA Telepsychiatry as a Remote Pharmacist Coordinator – Telepsychiatry, M-F Schedule in United States. This is a remote position. As a Remote Pharmacist Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive medication management plans, coordinating patient care services, and ensuring that individuals receive optimal therapeutic outcomes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Psychology, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a closely related clinical field.
- 5+ years of experience in a patient coordinator, clinical pharmacist, or clinical associate role, preferably within a remote healthcare environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English-C1) to effectively relay clinical updates to patients and medical staff.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for the thorough documentation of clinical interactions.
