About the Role

BAYADA Hospice seeks full-time Registered Nurses in New Castle, Delaware. Provide hospice care via home visits in Kent and New Castle counties. Join a multidisciplinary team delivering palliative care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits to hospice clients.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes.
• Execute and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments as needed.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Delaware.
• Minimum one year recent clinical experience.
• Prior home care or hospice experience preferred.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to assigned cases.
