About the Role
Join STANDING ROCK SIOUX TRIBE as a Behavioral Health Outreach Specialist – M-F, No Weekends in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Standing Rock Wellness Program, ensuring delivery of holistic, culturally grounded behavioral health services.
- Oversee budgets, track expenditures, ensure fiscal accountability, and manage grants/contracts, including securing additional funding opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with federal funding
Requirements
- Develop and implement initiatives, workshops, and campaigns that promote mental health, self
- care, and culturally relevant wellness practices.
- Work with wellness professionals, contract representatives, and community networks to expand services and support individuals in need.
- Analyze program data to measure impact, guide improvements, and supervise staff through training, support, and performance evaluations.
