About the Role

Join STANDING ROCK SIOUX TRIBE as a Behavioral Health Outreach Specialist – M-F, No Weekends in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of the Standing Rock Wellness Program, ensuring delivery of holistic, culturally grounded behavioral health services.

Oversee budgets, track expenditures, ensure fiscal accountability, and manage grants/contracts, including securing additional funding opportunities.

Ensure compliance with federal funding

Requirements

Develop and implement initiatives, workshops, and campaigns that promote mental health, self

care, and culturally relevant wellness practices.

Work with wellness professionals, contract representatives, and community networks to expand services and support individuals in need.

Analyze program data to measure impact, guide improvements, and supervise staff through training, support, and performance evaluations.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Day shift only - no nights.
