About the Role
HealthLinkNow seeks a full-time Lead Telehealth Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy remotely. This role includes leadership and program development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver psychotherapy and facilitate IOP groups via telehealth.
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Participate in program design and quality improvement.
Requirements
- Active California clinical license.
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience.
- Leadership potential.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary $90,000 - $93,000 annually.
- $5,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days with 2-year commitment.
