About the Role
HealthLinkNow seeks a Lead Telehealth Therapist for a fully remote, flexible full-time position in California. This role offers clinical leadership and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth.
- Facilitate Intensive Outpatient Program groups.
- Oversee therapeutic services and quality improvement.
- Lead clinical team meetings and mentorship.
- Participate in program development and initiatives.
Requirements
- Active California clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LMHC).
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience.
- Proficient with telehealth platforms and EMRs.

- Salary $90,000 – $93,000 annually.
- $5,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days with 2-year commitment.
