About the Role

Join University of Iowa as a Physical Therapist - Hand Therapy in United States. The North Liberty Hospital department of Rehabilitation Therapies is seeking a Physical Therapist specialize in hand therapy. This candidate will administer treatment to patients with complex physical dysfunctions, disorders and/or injuries and evaluate and interpret findings.

Key Responsibilities

  • will administer treatment to patients with complex physical dysfunctions, disorders and/or injuries and evaluate and interpret findings.
  • will primarily be assigned to an orthopedic outpatient setting.
  • will involve hand and upper limb rehabilitation including fabrication of customized splints in an outpatient setting.
  • Provide quality patient care, evaluation, assessment and treatment appropriate for patient’s needs.

Requirements

  • 3 years experience in Physical Therapy · 1
  • 3 years experience in the rehabilitation of the upper limb with emphasis on the wrist and hand including fabrication of customized splints · 1
