Per Diem Outpatient & Med History Pharmacist

This Pharmacy position at Health Partners is open to pharmacist candidates.

Pharmacists are expanding beyond traditional dispensing roles into clinical consulting, medication management, and remote pharmacy services.

This employer qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF). Eligible clinicians can have their remaining federal student loan balance forgiven after 120 qualifying monthly payments (10 years). For physicians and advanced practice providers carrying significant educational debt, PSLF eligibility can represent hundreds of thousands of dollars in long-term financial benefit.

This position also offers production-based compensation: $84000 per hourly. Production bonuses can significantly increase total earnings above the stated base salary range.

This position is based in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
