• Obtains treatment authorization and processes patient admissions to the agency.

• Conducts comprehensive clinical evaluations to inform care decisions.

• Collaborates with physicians to communicate patient needs and secure appropriate care orders.

Requirements

• 19 Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption Annual Influenza vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption Available Friday Saturday and Sunday 08:00 am to 08:00 pm
