Key Responsibilities

This position is a dual position providing social work and bereavement/grief support to our patients and families.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, counseling, and palliative care, with a deep understanding of the complexities of grief, loss, and bereavement.

The candidate will be open to travel as necessary within the designated area, and any other duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

of one-year of experience in social work, grief counseling, bereavement support or related in a healthcare field, preferably in hospice or palliative care.
