Key Responsibilities

Patient evaluation and interpretation of findings: Prior to assessment, gathers necessary information from appropriate people and records, and demonstrates effective utilization of staff resources.

Chooses appropriate forms of evaluation.

Interprets evaluation findings.

Sets goals according to findings and patient input.
