Key Responsibilities

• The Home Care Occupational Therapist will provide OT services to older adults within their home/community environment.

• Assess each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals.

• Maintain communication with Coordinator to successfully schedule your patients in a timely manner.

• Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner.

Requirements

• New Jersey Occupational Therapist License.

• Medicare Billing and Documentation Experience.

• Computer Literacy.

• Team Player Mentality.

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: $55 - $65/hour.

Work Schedule
