  • & Responsibilities Psychiatric Care and Rounding: Conduct patient rounds and manage psychiatric care within SNF, LTC, AL, and IL settings.
  • Collaborative Care Coordination: Partner with attending physicians, consulting specialists, referral sources, and facility staff to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.
  • Patient Evaluation and Management: Assess and manage the mental health needs of residents, perform physical exams, and gather complete medical histories.
  • Diagnostics and Therapeutics: Order and interpret lab and diagnostic tests, make preliminary diagnoses, and develop effective therapeutic care plans for mental and physical health.
