About the Role
Join UnitedHealth Group as a Clinical Psychologist in United States. Optum WA, (formerly The Everett Clinic) is adding a Clinical Psychologist to grow our team of mental health clinicians. Our Behavioral Health team is supported by a skilled team of dedicated case managers, patient service representatives and psychiatrists.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, or group therapy for a wide range of mental health conditions across a diverse p.
- develop and lead psychoeducational or ongoing therapy groups.
Requirements
- Supported by Epic EMR and efficient clinical workflows.
- Be part of a collaborative culture where clinicians support each other, including coverage for time off.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $91.7K - $163.7K
- 401(k) with employer match.

Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.
- Call responsibilities required.
- No weekends required.
