Requirements
- CNP/Certified Nurse Practitioner License Graduate of a state registered Nurse Practitioner Program OR is certified as a Nurse Practitioner by a National Association.
- Dermatologist experience in a clinic, hospital, or nursing home.
- Either a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.
