Key Responsibilities

  • provide exceptional care to our residents.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve fine and gross motor skills, cognitive process.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of five (2) years’ experience with OT prefer experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

  • Familiarity with assistive technology, adaptive equipment, and environmental modifications.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust, foster collaboration, and adapt communication styles to diverse audiences.
