About the Role

Key Responsibilities

provide exceptional care to our residents.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve fine and gross motor skills, cognitive process.

Provide education and training to other staff members on adaptive techniques and environmental supports.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of five (2) years’ experience with OT prefer experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Knowledge of sensory processing strategies, behavior support plans, and functional skill development.

Familiarity with assistive technology, adaptive equipment, and environmental modifications.

Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust, foster collaboration, and adapt communication styles to diverse audiences.
