Overview This position supervises the daily operations of the registration, central scheduling, pre-registration and/or prior auth functions for the facility and its ancillary services. Ensures delivery of high quality, cost-effective and customer-friendly services to all patients and providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises the operations and staff for the registration, central scheduling, pre-registration and/or prior auth areas.

• Fosters a culture that reflects the core values and polices of the department and Foundation Health Partners.

• Achieves facility goals, maximizes usage of available services, and meets departmental goals in procedural accuracy, team productivity, and client satisfaction of physicians and FHP staff.

• Sets goals, coaches, monitors, and corrects performance of staff.

• Qualifications Requires an Associate's degree in business, hospital management, or related fields or equivalent education, experience and knowledge.

• Requires skills normally acquired over three (3) or more years of medical office work, including previous experience with hospital registration and prior authorizations.

• Full-time position.

• Call responsibilities required.
