About the Role
Join Naphcare, Inc. as a Staff Pharmacist- Part Time in United States. Overview NaphCare is hiring a Part-Time Staff Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team at our Corporate Headquarters located in Birmingham, AL. NaphCare Rx, is NaphCare’s in-house pharmacy dedicated solely to correctional facilities across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- will function both independently and collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure continuity of care, accuracy, and patient safety across all assigned sites.
- Conduct comprehensive drug profile reviews for multiple correctional facilities Review and verify medication.
- Provide clinical consultation to healthcare providers regarding medication therapy management Perform Non-Fo.
- Coordinate medication workflow separation between jail and prison populations to maintain operational efficienc.
