Key Responsibilities

The Lead Behavioral Health Clinician coordinates the daily operations of the BHS Case Management Team and serves as a liaison between clinical staff, courts, and law enforcement. They are responsible for managing patient referrals, tracking transitions of care, and providing clinical guidance to the team while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field along with a valid clinical license such as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. Six years of psychiatric or healthcare experience is preferred, along with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
