Key Responsibilities

Provides direct therapeutic contact through educational groups and individual support to address psychological vulnerabilities and coping strategies. Maintains unit safety through visual rounds, risk assessments, and the management of a positive milieu.

Requirements

Requires Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and demonstrated experience in a behavioral health setting. A bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or family studies is preferred.
