- will collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team, including nurses, therapists, and administrative staff, to provide individualized care and ensure high-quality outcomes for patients.

Quality-of-Life & Compensation Flexible scheduling to promote work/life balance Competitive pay: $60–$72/hour DOE $10,000 sign-on bonus Paid Time Off: up to 10 days annually, with clear accrual and usage policies Vehicle reimbursement options Benefits: Health Insurance 401(k) with Matching Vision & Life Insurance Pet Insurance Competitive Pay Paid Time Off & More Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services within the scope of practice, following individualized plans of care Deliver treatment, evaluate patient response, and report changes to the Physician, Case Manager, and/or Director of Nursing Maintain appropriate clinical records and submit documentation according to company policy Follow all company policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Current California OT License (required) Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred Valid California Driver’s License Excellent organizational skills Ability to travel within a 15–25 mile radius regularly Caring, compassionate personality with strong communication skills Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $125,000 – $150,000/year DOE + $10K SIGN-ON BONUS This is NOT a contracted position.
