Requirements
- Education/Training
- Master of Science degree or higher, with completion of a Nurse Practitioner Program or Physician Assistant Certification
- License/Certification
- Registered and currently recorded with the Idaho Board of Nursing and certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
