About the Role

Cortica seeks compassionate ABA Therapists to provide naturalistic, play-based ABA therapy for children with neurodevelopmental differences in Norwood, MA.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services.
Implement positive behavior strategies.
Document session data.
Collaborate with families and supervisors.
Follow crisis protocols.

Requirements

Experience with children; autism experience a plus.
High school diploma or higher.
Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
Reliable transportation within 30-40 minute radius.
Tech-savvy with EMR and Microsoft Office.
