Cortica seeks compassionate ABA Therapists to provide naturalistic, play-based ABA therapy for children with neurodevelopmental differences in Norwood, MA.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services.
• Implement positive behavior strategies.
• Document session data.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors.
• Follow crisis protocols.

Requirements

• Experience with children; autism experience a plus.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• Reliable transportation within 30-40 minute radius.
• Tech-savvy with EMR and Microsoft Office.
