Requirements

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, or

Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, or

Ph. D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.

Coursework/Training: Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need.
