Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate of an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy with a PharmD degree, hold current pharmacist licensure in the practicing state, and preferably have completed an ASHP accredited PGY-1 residency or possess three years of clinical pharmacy experience plus a PGY-2 residency in Ambulatory Care, Geriatrics, or Internal Medicine.
