About the Role

Join CentraCare Clinic as a Social Worker in United States. CentraCare’s Plaza expansion project is well underway and will be completed soon! We are looking to grow our team and add a dedicated Social Worker to support patients primarily within our Outpatient Rehab Clinic as well as providing additional support to primary care services across the St.

Requirements

Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.

To be eligible for the relocation bonus, you must currently reside more than 50 miles away from location you’re hired to work and relocate to within 30 miles of it within 120 days of employment.

CentraCare hiring incentives to include but not limited to, hiring and relocation bonuses may be discontinued at any time.

Benefits & Compensation

Pay based on experience and degree Bachelor’s in Social Work starting at $30.

65 per hour Master’s in Social Work starting at $33.

15 per hour Pay range: $30.

73 per hour $3,000 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.
