Home Health Occupational Therapist Assistant-Per Diem

Key Responsibilities

Provide personalized therapy services in patient homes to help regain strength, mobility, and independence under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Document clinical notes, coordinate care, and instruct patients and families on home programs and adaptive equipment.

Requirements

Requires current and unrestricted OTA licensure, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Minimum of six months of occupational therapist assistant experience is preferred.
