About the Role
Join Lighthouse Hospice Care LLC as a Hospice Social Worker in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- will be based on the patient’s psychosocial assessment and the patient and family’s needs.

Requirements
- Education: Masters Social Work (MSW) degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
- Licensure: Current and valid license as a social worker (LCSW or LSW) issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation-Division of Professional Regulation.
- Current drivers license.
- Experience: One (1) year of experience in palliative care or hospice preferred.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $33.00-$39.00 per hour
Work Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Call responsibilities required.
