Requirements

Candidates must be a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) and a graduate of an accredited program, possessing a minimum of three years of clinical experience along with strong organizational and communication skills. Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), leadership roles, and knowledge of PDPM regulations are preferred.
