Key Responsibilities

Documentation: o Accurately document evaluation results and services provided. o Adhere to hospital and department guidelines for documentation.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration: o Participate as a member of both self

directed departmental and interdisciplinary patient care teams. o Engage in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to goal setting for routine diagnoses.

Clinical Instruction and Training: o Provide clinical instruction to OT and OTA students. o Offer training and education to department and hospital staff.

Requirements

Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Virginia.

CPR Certification if required by the clinic or practice area. Experience:

REQUIRED: New graduate to up to 2 years of work experience as an Occupational Therapist.

PREFERRED: Prior experience in a similar healthcare facility. Education/Training:

Work Schedule

Full-time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.
