About the Role

Key Responsibilities

The Pharmacist will control medications by monitoring drug therapies; advising interventions.

Additionally, completing pharmacy operational.

Requirements

Provides pharmacy information by answering questions and requests of health care professionals and counseling patients on drug therapies and durable medical equipment

Develops clinic staff’s pharmacy knowledge by participating in clinical programs and training pharmacy staff, students, interns, residents, and health care professionals

Performs medication reconciliation and comprehensive medication review for clinic patients

Identifies patient specific medication therapy problems and documents findings in the EHR

Benefits & Compensation

Hourly rate: $60.4/hr.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.

Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.
