Candidates must possess demonstrated competency in Videofluoroscopy and Tracheostomy management, with FEES competency being highly regarded, alongside a strong team approach and leadership potential. Essential qualifications include a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology and eligibility for Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist (CPSP) membership with SPA, plus a valid Australian Driver's licence.
