About the Role

The Therapist completes documentation requirements reflecting clinical necessity which meets program and agency standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Completes intakes, develops treatment plans, determines clinical diagnosis and refer clients to appropriate resources internally or externally

• Prepares, plans, facilitates, and implements direct care of consumers through groups and/or individual therapy

• Participates in treatment team meetings providing information pertinent to welfare of consumer for supervision

• Provides crisis assistance and consults with various third parties as deemed appropriate

Requirements
