Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Key Responsibilities

The COTA provides occupational therapy modalities and treatment procedures under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. They are responsible for executing patient care plans to restore function and prevent disability following illness or injury.

Requirements

Applicants must hold a current state licensure or certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. Current BLS/CPR certification is required, and previous experience in patient care is preferred.
