Key Responsibilities

Caregiver Competency & Supervision: Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, observe performance, provide retraining, and maintain competency documentation.

Resident Assessment: Complete nursing assessments only for residents requiring delegated tasks and participate in relevant service plan updates.

Documentation & Regulatory Compliance: Maintain delegation files (RN assessments, competency checklists, rescission forms) and ensure compliance with state licensing standards and survey readiness.

Scheduled visits based on delegation needs and reassessment timelines.

Requirements

Required: Active, unrestricted Washington State RN license; knowledge of state nurse delegation laws; minimum of [1–3] years of nursing experience; and strong organizational skills.
