Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Technician provides direct patient care, monitors therapeutic environments, and assists with activities of daily living. They also intervene during aggressive behaviors and support the clinical team with treatment plan implementation and patient transport.

Requirements

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with higher levels requiring an associate degree. Applicants must obtain BLS and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certifications within 30 days of hire.
