Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) - 6 South Stepdown and Intensive Care Units - Wilmington Hospital

Become an Assistant Nurse Manager at ChristianaCare Wilmington Hospital supporting the 6 South Stepdown and Intensive Care Units. You will share 24-hour responsibility for daily operations, supervise nursing and technical staff, oversee staffing and scheduling, participate in hiring and performance evaluations, and mentor staff to support professional growth.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (Master’s required within 3 years), RN licensure, preferred Progressive or Intensive Care experience, 5 years of clinical and leadership experience, BLS certification, ACLS preferred, and professional certification within 6 months.
