Key Responsibilities
- Essential Functions Responsible for approximately 15-20 physicians and greater than 40 team members.
- Identifies issues in service and coordinates action plans with the Service Line Physician leadership and the Director/Physician Practices or COO.
Requirements
- Education/Training Bachelor’s degree required.
- Associate degree and two (2) years of directly related work experience may substitute for the bachelor’s degree (in addition to the requirements listed in the Experience section).
- Four (4) years of directly related work experience may also substitute for the bachelor’s degree (in addition to the requirements listed in the Experience section).
- Experience Five (5) years of health care experience, to include two years in a supervisory role.
