RN Clinical Manager, Pediatrics

About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks an RN Clinical Manager for Pediatrics in Crystal, Minnesota. This full-time role involves leadership and mentoring in a home health care setting focused on pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate clinical staff and oversee nurse residency program.
• Lead field staff to deliver exceptional client service and clinical care.
• Visit clients in their homes and supervise field clinicians.
• Manage internal case management and staff evaluation.
• Assist with in-home client assessments and care planning.

Requirements

• Current RN license in Minnesota.
• Minimum 3 years recent RN or LPN experience, preferably in home care.
• At least 1 year nursing management or pediatric nursing experience.
• BSN/MSN preferred.
• Child Abuse Clearance where applicable.
• Trach/vent/tube experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
• No weekends.
