About the Role

Join PAX Health, LLC as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and promptly respond to intake referrals upon assignment of the worker's compensation client case.
  • Conduct Bio/Psych/Social assessments, diagnostic impression, and formulate treatment plans under the guidance of a qualified Clinical Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Requirements Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in NEW YORK STATE Bilingual IS A PLUS.
  • 5 years' experience as a fully licensed LCSW.
  • Must be able to follow our model of 30 minute sessions with our Workers'.

Work Schedule
