The Clinical Director is responsible for ensuring the highest possible level of consistent clinical care is provided to each patient in our facility. This function involves partnering with our Executive Director in the overall direction of our facility; developing goals and objectives, managing various budgets, projects and communications between the leadership team. The role may require on-call hours and involves significant interaction with various stakeholders, healthcare professionals, patients and regulatory agencies. This position is crucial for ensuring that healthcare organizations operate smoothly and provide high-quality patient care, making it a vital role in the healthcare industry. *SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE
Requirements
Must be a QHP, LMSW, LCSW
Casac preferred
The ideal candidate will be a licensed clinical social worker or licensed master social worker plus minimum of five years of experience in a clinical setting, at least one of which is supervisory in the field of alcoholism and chemical dependence, as well as demonstrated competence in organizational and administrative areas.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Familiar with healthcare regulations and compliance is critical.
