Key Responsibilities

• based occupational therapy treatment interventions.

• Completes patient and medical record documentation. Documentation is timely, pertinent, precise and efficient. Documentation meets agency and department standards.

• Performs all required data collection for department and agency accurately and within designated time frame. Consistently meets designated patient care productivity standards.

• givers in therapy principles, methods and techniques in order to achieve intended outcomes.

Requirements

• 3 years experience in an occupational therapy/rehab setting. Licenses: BLS

• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR)

• American Heart Association Required OT

• Occupational Therapist

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $34.88 - $54.06/hr

• 27 days PTO.
